Summer Is Coming!

Spring and Summer are typically the busiest seasons for equestrian activities. Please schedule appointments 2-3 weeks in advance. During this time of year, same-day and same-week appointments are rarely available.

If you will be traveling, remember you will need an up-to-date health certificate and coggins test. Coggins tests must be sent to an outside laboratory and can take up to 1 week to get results. Please plan accordingly.

If you are new to our clinic, we ask that a new client form be filled out and returned prior to your first appointment. Please complete the form below and email it to Tammany1014@gmail.com or drop it off at the front desk.

Rebates

Many prescription items have rebates available to customers. To take advantage of the rebates you will need a copy of your invoice.

If you do not have your invoice the front desk can print or email you a copy!
